FAQ

Lawn mowing questions, answered.

How much is a lawn mow in Sandwich?

Most front-and-back lawns are £20. Larger gardens or very long grass may be more, but we always tell you up-front.

How often should I have my lawn mowed?

In Kent, most lawns do best with a mow every 1–2 weeks in spring and summer, every 2–3 weeks in autumn, and rarely in winter. See our guide on when to mow for the full schedule.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can access the garden. Lots of customers let us in via a side gate or lockbox and we text when we’re done.

What if my grass is really long?

No problem, that’s what our overgrown lawn rescue is for. We lower the height in stages so the lawn recovers properly.

Do you take away the clippings?

Short clippings in summer we leave as natural feed. Longer or wet clippings we collect and take away with us.
